Everyday Beauty Tips

From the time your alarm clock rings to when you snuggle up to sleep, looking your personal best may be an all-day ritual – but it’s an investment that will have you not only looking beautiful but feeling that way, too.

Here are a few of my top tips for a greater look:

1. Avoid Bedhead – Going to bed with wet hair is a big beauty no-no. It increases the risk of breakage. Be sure to brush your hair before bed and in the morning with a clean hairbrush

2.Acne is the #1 skin care concern for teens. Keep your face and hair clean, wash your hands frequently, and keep them away from your face.

3.You’ve heard it before — don’t pop your zits! Try applying a bit of toothpaste to a pimple before bed and washing it off with warm water when you wake up in the morning. Toothpaste draws impurities out of clogged pores and dries the skin which shrinks the pimple.

4. Drink at least eight to ten glasses of water in a day. Drinking enough water is the best and cheapest way to improve your looks.

5. When you go to bed put all of your hair up. This makes the grease from your hair not touch your forehead and other places on your face causing pimples.

6. Regular exercise, well we all know the benefits

7. NEVER wash your hair every day. This will strip the hair of its natural oils, and your hair won’t be able to be replenished on its own.

8. Also, never brush your hair when it’s wet. Your hair is very delicate and more likely to breakage when it’s wet.

9. Get plenty of sleep to avoid dark circles under the eyes.

10. My best beauty tip? Smile, be confident and just be yourself! 🙂
